Can I cancel or change my order?
We dispatch orders within 48–72 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible at support@hermindjwlry.com.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly change the size or delivery address, or cancel the order. Once your parcel is on its way, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still use our 14-day return policy after receiving your order.
