If you still cannot find it, the email address may have been entered incorrectly. Please contact us at support@hermindjwlry.com, and we will locate your order and resend the confirmation email.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code in the Discount code field at checkout and click Apply. The discount will be automatically deducted from your order total.

How can I check my ring size?

Can I cancel or change my order?
We dispatch orders within 48ā72 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible at support@hermindjwlry.com.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly change the size or delivery address, or cancel the order. Once your parcel is on its way, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still use our 14-day return policy after receiving your order.
